Dado's Developmental Program based in Ithaca, NY was designed to discover the emerging talents locally and in the surrounding areas to take them to the next level. DDP has been working with top class players that have been or currently performing at a top level ranging from D3-D1 collegiate athletes, professional players and semi-pros. Coaching Experience and Accolades
- Ithaca High School Varsity Girls Soccer: Head Coach (3 years, 6 years in the program). Achievements include 3 Sectional Titles, 1 STAC Championship, and 2 Postseason Tournament Appearances.
- Club Level: TC Waza (5 years) and IYSA (3 years).
- Collegiate: Head Coach for Ithaca College Women’s Club (7 years) with 6 Regional Tournament Appearances, and Volunteer Assistant at Mansfield University (1 year).
- Semi-Pro: Gaffer City FC UPSL Women’s (1 year).
- Semi-Pro: Soaring Capitals UPSL Women's (Current).
Licenses
- USSF - D License
Playing Experience
- Collegiate Level: Wells College (4-year player). Honors include NEAC Rookie of the Year, 4-time NEAC All-Conference, 4-time NEAC All-Regional Team, and 2-time All-American (All-Regional East).
- Professional/Semi-Pro: Played professionally in the ASL for AC Crusaders and the Philadelphia Fury (2012–2017). Semi-pro experience in the NPSL with Rochester River Dogz, Lancers, Syracuse FC, and Krajnik FC.
Community Involvement
I am the founder of the Ithaca Premier Soccer League and the DDP Soccer Training Program.
